So, who am I?

In general I am just an all around guy with an unusually weird gravitation towards technology and social media. I’m a self confessed technology geek, cybersleuth and sourcing guru. You’ll find that I am an evangelist for all things web 2.0 and all of its magical powers.

I love making waves in talent management, building distinctive talent communities and of course the strategy behind it all.

Dubbed the “Ambassador of the virtual handshake” by none other than Dave Mendoza you can find me almost anywhere on line leveraging networks to give and share knowledge. I am currently with Kenexa Technologies consulting in an RPO format with clients as a sourcer.

I’ve started CruiterTalk.com to help decipher the wacky world of Talent. From research to social media and Talent Management to workforce planning, you’ll find it all here bundled into an ever evolving sometimes pretty package.

And on to the better stuff…

On the family front its just me, my beautiful wife Erica, our precious little angel, Erin and Gracie the dog. We are definitely the outdoors type spending our free time hiking, cycling and just enjoying the scenery in good ol’ Philadelphia!
