JobFox is ahead of the curve with providing a one-stop location for job seekers. However, the second part of the challenge is to get employers to respond to qualified applicants in a timely manner. Not a canned response, but a reply or some form of meaningful communication to indicate their level of interest or the status of an opening. As I see it, the challenge is two-fold.
