I am a bit intrigued though - and haven&#039;t checked it out myself - but are there &quot;splits&quot; being suggested there that are not 50/50? I can maybe see someone suggesting/offering more, but is there really anyone saying they need MORE than half on a split?</description>

		<description>Great tool for any recruiter that ever thought of doing splits.  There are a few good spots now including ERE, splits.org and topechelonnetwork.com where recruiters can easily find splits to work.  I think go-fish is going to be a strong player.  Nice review Ryan, thanks.</description>
